Cairo Artist's Village  Catskills, NY

 

Location: 53 Cedar Street in Cairo, NY

Concept: Creation of a live/work community dedicated to artists.
The program includes 20 affordable housing units rented for $250/month.
It also includes 30 artist studios, or 60 converted shipping containers.
A retail village will house cafes, galleries and wellness areas.
