Eric P. Nachimovsky
Founder and Chief Investment Officer
Eric P. Nachimovsky is the managing partner of his family office, which owns and manages real estate assets valued at over $40 million, comprised of commercial and residential properties in the United States. Holding a doctorate from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in finance, he previously served as general counsel for the New York office of Investors Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Nachimovsky began investing in real estate in 1997 in the Brooklyn, New York, real estate market, which he now knows intimately.
David Slomczynski
Partner, Portfolio Management and Client Relations
With over 20 years of experience in finance, David worked as a portfolio manager within a specialized group. An expert in client relations and portfolio management, he leverages his trustworthiness, international network, and in-depth knowledge of the needs of French clients to serve each investor. His goal: to provide tailored solutions that combine financial performance, security, and long-term asset preservation.
